A Finance Officer is required to provide financial support to Saltash Community School assisting with the preparation of reports as well as being responsible for the day to day running of the Finance Office, ensuring that work is undertaken in an accurate, professional and business-like manner. The role also includes supervision of the business administration apprentice.
Good communication, time management and people skills are essential. Attention to detail and accuracy as well as staff motivation are all prerequisites of this role.
The post is 37 hours per week, term time only plus 5 training days, paid at Grade G (£21,589 – £23,369, pro rata). You are paid for 44.263 weeks pa, and the pro rata salary is approximately £18,372 – £19,838 pa. No leave is granted during term time.
