Dear Students
We were hoping that email programs and browsers would continue to allow you access to your emails without the need for you to make any configuration changes. However, with so many different methods of accessing email and so many different versions of these methods, some users, students and teachers, have had difficulty accessing their emails. Please see the guidance below which should help you access your emails once again.
If you use an app or program to access your school email. Please remove the account from the program and add it again.
If you use a browser, such as Chrome, and have saved your login details, you will have to tell your browser to forget the username and password. Once you have done this, you should be able to login again.
Unfortunately, as there are so many different ways email can be accessed, we cannot provide you with specific help. A quick search online for your particular browser, phone, or app should help you do this.
